Our Secretary will be your first point of contact, who will then pass the details of your case as swiftly as possible to be assessed by our caring and confidential support team of elected members. We may need evidence to support the claim and our support team may wish to visit you in person. After approval of funds, our support team will keep in touch occasionally to offer any additional help or advice.

Bursaries and hardship funding payments are always discretionary and may be granted on an ongoing basis, or as a one-off payment depending on your situation, and maybe stopped depending on changing circumstances.
